Soul Valley is situated in a rural area near the village of Torre delle Stelle, Sardinia. This is the exact location: Open Google Maps.

The legal address of Soul Valley S.r.l. is Via Nuoro 72, 09125 Cagliari (CA) Italy. The company is registered in the Italian Register of Companies by fiscal number 03917040929.

2. Website disclaimer

Soul Valley provides on their website www.soulvalley.com information about their conscious hotel, spa, retreat center and coaching. While the information is periodically updated, no guarantee is given that the information given on the website is complete, correct and up-to-date.

Soul Valley is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all responsibility for, damages of any kind arising out of use, reference to, or reliance on any information contained within this website.

While Soul Valley is still renovating and decorating the property, some of the pictures shown on this website are only an impression of how Soul Valley will look like.

3. Privacy

Soul Valley doesn't use personal data for any other purpose than offering visitors a good working website and being able to process reservations and answering inquiries. The website doesn't work with third parties cookies, nor are we sharing any data with others. Soul Valley carefully selected trustable and internationally certified GDPR compliant companies to develop and host the website, booking engine and payment services. Anyone who doesn't want to receive communications can send an e-mail at info@soulvalley.com.

4. Payments and cancellations

Soul Valley offers all-inclusive summer stays and retreats. The cancellation policy is as follows: you can choose between our Early Bird Rate and Standard Rate. The discounted Early Bird Rate requires full prepayment by bank transfer or card, and in case you cancel you'll receive a voucher for 70%. A voucher is transferable and valid for three years. With the Standard Rate you pay a 30% non-refundable deposit after your booking, the rest can be paid by bank or upon arrival by card. Extra services are due by card before check-out. Soul Valley doesn't accept cash.

If a summer stay or retreat needs to be cancelled by Soul Valley, due to COVID-19 related traveling limitations or any other reason, guests will receive a full refund of their payment to Soul Valley. Soul Valley isn’t liable for any other costs made by guests.

Some retreats are offered by external teachers/organizations. In these cases (specified in the description of those retreats) the booking terms and cancellation policy of Soul Valley does not apply.

5. Check-in

Summer guests can check-in from 3 PM.

Retreat guests can check-in from 11 AM. The rooms and group spaces will be ready for the exclusive disposal of the group from 2 PM. In case there are no other guests in the night before the start date of the retreat, it’s possible for participants and teachers to arrive the day before from 5 PM. This is not included in the fixed retreat price and can only take place with a confirmation by e-mail from Soul Valley. Guests who want to come the day before (if available) must pay 125 euro by PIN or credit card when they arrive at Soul Valley, this includes dinner, room and breakfast.

6. Check-out

Summer guests can check-out up to 12 AM.

Retreat guests and teachers can check-out up to 11 AM, so that Soul Valley has enough time to prepare the rooms and group spaces for a next group.

7. Taxes

All Soul Valley services are including taxes. Guests don't pay additional tourist taxes.

8. House rules

All guests must respect the following Soul Valley house rules. The whole venue is completely alcohol-, drugs- and smoke-free (including electrical smoking). People who bring and/or use any of these substances will be removed from the property without restitution. To avoid vermin, it’s not allowed to bring your own food or to use served food outside the restaurant or veranda. The minimum age for hotel guests is 12 years. The minimum age for retreat guests is 18 years. It’s prohibited to create any form of fire on the property. The use of incense and candles in the rooms or outside the buildings is prohibited. Pets, camping and nightly walks in the surrounding nature are not allowed.

9. Liability

Soul Valley is not liable in any case for personal injuries, incidents resulting in incapacity for work, medical support, drowning, death or missing persons. Soul Valley is not liable for loss, theft and/or damage to personal belongings.

10. Applicable law

In case a guest and Soul Valley are in dispute, it shall be construed and governed by Italian law only. Guests acknowledge that they have read and understand these terms and conditions.
