Our conscious boutique hotel creates the best conditions for guests to experience complete relaxation of body and soul, with maximum respect for our planet. Soul Valley offers stunning natural surroundings, homegrown vegetarian food, daily yoga, meditation and healing practices, luxurious but sustainable rooms and facilities with lots of natural materials, and a smoke & alcohol-free environment. We love our planet and every living beauty on it. That’s why Soul Valley contribute in various ways to preserve this beauty. We minimize waste and recycle compost for the lands. Solar panels provide natural energy and water comes from our own well. In our aim to make Soul Valley completely CO2 neutral, we plant a tree for every booking.

Soul Valley offers all-inclusive summer stays, which include your room/cottage, access to the spa, all food and drinks during your stay and you can join the daily activities as much as you like. Soul Valley doesn't serve alcohol.

What are all facilities and amenities of Soul Valley?

Double rooms with a great king size bed or two separate beds, and cottages with two or three double rooms (each cottage room has its own entry, garden, veranda and bathroom). All rooms and cottages have air-conditioning, sheets, towels, WIFI and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, basin and vegan body care products. There is a large sea-view pool with lounge beds and deck chairs, a vegetarian restaurant, an (alcohol-free) bar, a yoga hall of 100 m2, a spa with a turkish bath, jacuzzi, Finnish and infrared sauna, a therapy room for massages, free parking, walking trails and an uphill meditation spot. Rooms and cottages don’t have a TV, minibar or room service.

Do I need to participate in the yoga, meditation and healing sessions?

You don’t have to participate in any classes of course. Everybody is free to enjoy Soul Valley in the way he or she wants. If you’re not familiar with yoga, meditation and healing practices: our classes are really worth a try, down to earth and suitable for everyone!

Why is Soul Valley for guests 12 years and older and not serving alcohol?

To provide an environment where all guests can completely recharge, we chose to welcome children from the age of 12 years and to have the valley free from alcohol and (electrical) smoking. But you won’t miss a thing to have an unforgettable holiday.

How do I get to Soul Valley?

Soul Valley is located in the south of Sardinia, near the small village of Torre delle Stelle. It’s a 45-minute drive from Cagliari International Airport. The best option is to reach us by renting a car or taking a taxi. You'll find Soul Valley signs from the main road. Soul Valley has free parking space.

Will this be a fun holiday?

Definitely! Although our conscious boutique hotel is maybe a little bit different from most hotels with our daily yoga and meditation, vegetarian food and no alcohol, Soul Valley is an easy-going place for everyone. Come and relax, laugh, dance, swim, read your book, meet like-minded people and enjoy the fabulous food, drinks and starry nights.

What is the daily schedule?

The bar and reception are open from 7.30am to 11pm. Breakfast is between 8.30 and 10am. Between 9am and 6pm the spa is open for private sessions (massages, private yoga lesson etc). The morning meditation is at 8am, the yoga class starts at 10.30am and the afternoon group session is at 5.30pm. Lunch is between 12.30pm and 2pm, dinner between 7pm and 9pm.

The reception is open between from 7.30am to 11pm. If you have to arrive or leave outside these hours, please let us know and we will find a comfortable solution for you.

How far in advance do I have to book?

Soul Valley opens in 2023 with 10 double/twin rooms and three cottages to accommodate up to 34 guests. We recommend not to wait with your reservation if you feel attracted to our summer stays and you want to be sure of your spot.

Are there nice things to visit nearby Soul Valley?

Accepted Answer

Definitely! Soul Valley is just a few km from the azure blue Mediterranean Sea and white sandy beaches. You can visit the many famous archaeological places or the ancient city of Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, with Italian shops, museums, restaurants and theatres. During the summer there are all kinds of festivals on the island.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is as follows: you can choose between our Early Bird Rate and Standard Rate. The discounted Early Bird Rate requires full prepayment online or by bank transfer, and in case you cancel you'll receive a voucher for 70%. The voucher is transferable and valid for three years. With the Standard Rate you pay a 30% non-refundable deposit, the rest is due by bank transfer or upon arrival by card. Extra services are due by card before check-out. Soul Valley doesn't accept cash.

How does Soul Valley cope with COVID-19?

If your stay has to be cancelled due to COVID related traveling limitations, we refund your payment.

Does Soul Valley offer room service and a minibar?

Accepted Answer

Soul Valley doesn’t offer room service or a minibar. You can enjoy our food and drinks at the restaurant, veranda and bar. Or in the relaxed seating areas and large sofas with thatched roof scattered around the site and pool to enjoy the peace and surroundings in your own bubble.
