Denise ist Master of Science in Psychologie, approbierte Psychologische Psychotherapeutin (TP), Positive Psychotherapeutin nach Peseschkian sowie Kinder- und Jugendlichenpsychotherapeutin. Als zertifizierte Yogalehrerin (RYT 500), ausgebildet in Goa, Indien, kombiniert sie fundierte Psychotherapie mit den ganzheitlichen Ansätzen von Yoga und Positiver Psychotherapie.

Ihr Ansatz integriert wissenschaftlich fundierte Methoden mit Hatha- und Yin-Yoga, um Stabilität, Vitalität und tiefe Entspannung zu fördern. Meditation, Atemübungen und der gezielte Einsatz von Geschichten und Metaphern vertiefen die Selbstwahrnehmung und unterstützen die Entwicklung neuer Lebensperspektiven.

Mit dieser ganzheitlichen Methode schafft Denise einen Raum, der Körper, Geist und Seele in Einklang bringt und nachhaltiges Wohlbefinden fördert.

Summer Experience

This flexible summer retreat is great for beginner and advanced levels. Participate as much as you like in the three daily activities, relax at the sea-view pool and the spa, walk in the surrounding nature and explore the island and nearby beaches.

Your stay at Soul Valley is all about your own rhythm. The activities are facilitated by our team of experienced and down-to-earth teachers, and take place in one of our two yoga halls. You can book an additional massage.

Soul Valley has 26 boutique rooms divided over the main building, a renovated farm and horse stables, and 3 cottages. The venue is 50 hectares of hills and nature; you will definitely enjoy the atmosphere and starry nights. The rooms are light and spacious with stunning views, and decorated with heart and soul. Great supersized beds with incredible mattresses. The en-suite bathrooms have vegan body care products.

Around half of our guests during the summer come alone, the rest are couples and friends. You can be sure to feel at home between like-minded people and our team.

Our restaurant with sea-view verandas serves delicious vegetarian food with fresh biological ingredients from mostly local farmers. Our daily self baked bread and home made Italian pasta are gluten-free and our kitchen is happy to adjust to anything you might need to leave out.

The bar serves the real-deal Italian coffee, fresh teas and refreshing drinks including sodas, fresh juices and mocktails. All food & drinks are included. To provide an environment where you can completely recharge, we serve alcohol only during dinner.

During the summer guests can book their Summer Experience on flexible dates, but we're not a standard holiday hotel. People around share passions like retreats, yoga, delicious healthy food, and a conscious and comfortable life. On average we have 30-35 guests, adults only.

Within 4 kilometers of the venue you will find 4 beautiful sandy beaches. There is no public transport between our venue and the beaches or the airport. We offer once a day a shuttle service to/from one of the nearby beaches. This is for free.

Besides we dive deeper into the present moment with guided meditations, breathwork and peaceful walks in nature.
