We are excited to welcome you at Soul Valley for our Fluentbody and Yin Yoga Retreat - a week fully dedicated to the magic of your body, your feelings and the power of community.
Fluentbody™ is a practice of discovery, curiosity, and awareness. It's an exploration of how to show up with generosity in and for your body, mind, and each other through tools you can easily apply in your everyday life. It is an eye-opening, surprising journey into the many colors of your essence, a practice that offers direct access to more resilience, choice, wholeness, and an entry to the art of connecting – move by move, breath by breath.
In this retreat we combine the wisdom of Fluentbody with the restorative effect of Yin Yoga. The yoga sessions in the late afternoon invite you to integrate the experiences of the day and allow your body to deeply rest and calm down.
The program offers you attunement to your natural ability to enjoy and regulate the wild orchestra of everyday information and turns life into a melody that you can float with. It is an opportunity to change patterns and strengthen your overall health through awareness. Because only by developing our attention can we recognize our automatic responses and stop whatever makes us suffer. By doing so we learn to expand our human experience and express our true potential. Here, we remember the treasures that exist inside of our body beyond thoughts, concepts, or ideas of who we should be.

Healthy food
Our vegetarian food during retreats is homemade and mostly from local farmers. We have a very good knowledge of food allergies and intolerances. We can cook delicious without gluten, dairy or anything else you might have to leave out. Enjoy three meals a day and an afternoon snack or vitamin shot.
Access to all facilities
You will experience the tranquil atmosphere of Soul Valley as soon as you arrive. Dive into the sea-view pool and cleansing sauna and steambath. Activities take place in the light and spacious yoga hall and outside yoga plateau. Discover the relax areas on the site, panoramic meditation spots uphill and walking trails. It's possible to book an additional massage.
Program
We start each day with a light breakfast followed by a Fluentbody practice. After a delicious and fresh lunch you can enjoy some free time in the afternoon to relax or explore the surroundings. Before dinner another Fluentbody or Yin Yoga session awaits you.
Check-in between 15:00 and 16:30 on Saturday, 17th May. The first session starts at 17:00.

Retreat host
Florencia Lamarca
Florencia Lamarca spent many years as a professional dancer practicing the Gaga movement language in the well-known Batsheva Dance Company and draws from over a decade of experience as a somatic therapist based in Berlin.
She has facilitated over 1.000 individual somatic therapy sessions. The combination of these professions and her extensive knowledge in those fields are what inspired her to create her own method: Fluentbody™.
The depth of her understanding of bodies moving, feeling, expressing and healing enables a unique space for transformation and awakening of the potential that lies within you.
Connecting movement, breath, rhythm, life, and the stories our bodies tell, she authentically paves the way for people to embody their power, softness, pleasure, courage, and much more.
Sabrina Müller (resident teacher)
From an early age Sabrina was passionate about movement. She participated in all different kinds of sports and later on became a group fitness and Pilates instructor. She also got into martial arts which led her to the ancient practice of Tai Chi exploring subtler forms of energy.
She started to practice yoga over 15 years ago and did her first hatha and vinyasa teacher training in 2017, while further deepening her meditation and healing practices.
Sabrina teaches mostly vinyasa and yin yoga and is trained in one-on-one yoga sessions. She has recently been part of leading 200h yoga teacher trainings in Brazil and Marrakech. Besides, she facilitates fluentbody, a journey through movement, breath and rhythm that helps people to be generous to their body and mind.
Retreat into nature
Situated in a small private valley with stunning views over the nearby azure blue Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains. Enjoy true silence, clean air and starry nights to recharge from your busy daily life. Discover the walking trails around the property and the panoramic meditation spots uphill.

Conditions
You can choose between our Early Bird Rate and Standard Rate. The temporary Early Bird Rate with 20% discount on the Standard Rate requires a 25% non-refundable deposit, the rest can be paid up to one month before arrival. The Standard Rate requires a 25% refundable deposit if cancelled at least one month before arrival, the rest can be paid before or upon arrival.
