  • largely physical ZNQ training. Some theory and background information about the method
  • moments of InterVision in which you will formulate your goals / intentions

Anne Fechter

Anne is a certified Zhineng Qigong instructor since 2019. She has been giving groups and individual lessons in France, Belgium and the Netherlands. She adapts her teaching style to the energy and needs of the group with always room for humor and lightheartedness.

For years she lived with her family on a small farm in France close to nature. Her compassion for the well-being of the world made her do the training “Ecological Philosophy and Politics”.

When she came into contact with Zhineng Qigong, she discovered that this method does not only imply physical training, but is also based on experiencing the connection with your own and the world(s) energy: QI.

By feeling more connected to yourself and your surroundings, you feel an intrinsic reason to take better care of yourself, others and all living beings. Anne has a drive to share this experience with people.
